About

Human, mostly. Two cool kids, 9 and 12. Teach yoga, martial arts, meditation. Love to learn and create, whether it's in the kitchen or in my studio - I'm currently experimenting with watercolor pencils, but prefer the bold colors and technique of acrylics. I believe we are here to learn and to give, and that each day, each experience is a gift we should not only appreciate, but make a point to treasure.
