I am a tjhirty-five year old male, married to the woman of my dreams. I have a 3 year old son who means everything to me. I thought that playing sports my whole life and coaching at the high school and college level was motivating but try having a son. If they cant't motivate an individual to succeed then nothing can ever motivate an mam to do anything!
