He is a member of Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences (ISABS), New Delhi and Certified trainer with Dale Carnegie (USA), Infosys and American TESOL for Training, Personality Development and Soft Skills. He is also a qualified interpreter in Sinhala (Sri Lankan official Language) besides a diploma in Transport Economics and Management. Experience: 25 plus years of experience in education and training; (a) One plus years of experience as Director (HR & Administration) in Pearl Education and Health Services Ltd, a company promoted first private medical university in Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, W.I.(b) 11 years of HR management and teaching experience (post Indian Army) (c) Ex-man backed with 13 years of experience in multilingual and multicultural organization as trainer.
