Yuri Solomon Sr. has been preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ for over 30 years. He is presently Senior Pastor of New Life Baptist Church since 1998. He holds degrees from Gospel Ministry Outreach Theological Institute and the College of Biblical Studies Houston. He is the arthor of two books, "Just For You" and "Bibilcal Masculinity". He has serve as Chairman of the Ministers Advisory Board for Harris County CPS and at the pleasure of Govenor Rick Perry on the Texas Blue Ribbon Task Force for the Reduction of Child Abuse and Neglect. Pryor to entering the pastorate, he enjoyed a career as a computer professional. He is also an accomplished musician. Reverend Solomon presently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Katrina, and three children Laura, Ale'ycia, and Yuri II.
