Jarrett brings a unique set of skills to any assignment. Besides eighteen years in real estate sales, leasing, management & acquisition, she’s spent more than two decades in the accounting field. As Assistant Controller for C.R.E.S. Management, Mrs. Jarrett had significant oversight of the financial operations of this 5,000-unit multi-family property management company. Mrs. Jarrett combined her strengths in the position of District Property Manager of the River Market at Embassy Properties, Inc. There, she reduced delinquent accounts by $63,000 in her first 60 days, and increased Embassy’s income by $13,000 for each of their nine multifamily & mixed use properties. Mrs. Jarrett also contributes the considerable expertise she’s gained in locating, purchasing, leasing, selling, and managing single-family homes. As the owner and operations manager of Finer Things Investments, a real estate services company she launched in October of 1996, Mrs. Jarrett is intimately familiar with managing and growing a start-up enterprise. Besides holding a degree in Accounting and a BBA in Business with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship & Real Estate, Mrs. Jarrett has continued her studies in real estate and small business at colleges in both Missouri and Utah . She’s a licensed real estate broker, and a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors as well as Mid-American Association of Real Estate Investors, Kansas City Investment Group and Landlords Inc.
