Pathways to Teaching is an innovative program developed by Workforce Institute with funding from work2future. This program is held at San Jose City College and is designed to help first time college students enter the Educational Career Pathway. This program also trains students with the skills necessary to become employed in the After-School industry. This program partners with the YMCA Silicon Valley, Bay Area All Stars, and the CORAL program administered by Catholic Charities.
