Living by two simple philosophical principles lately. "Grind it til you find it" seems to work for anything and everything in fact it's the greatest tenet of human nature to excel at what we choose to. And the other is "I'll try anything twice" its the only way to get out of your shell and break the ice sometimes is to follow this rule and volunteer for any opportunity to do something new.
