I'm a very low-key, level, stable and not-too-excitable kind of person. I tend to be the diplomat and the fence straddler trying to see both sides of issues and disagreements. That may come from having had six boys and trying to help settle squabbles! Now it's dealing with grandchildren in our very energetic and complicated society -- their trials and troubles. We try to get them to slow down, enjoy simple things like playing with play dough, or in a sand box, or painting with water colors. They can come to my house and make a mess and it's o.k.
