Born in Juno Pen - St Mary, Jamaica, attend - St Andrew Technical High, Worked at Customs and Immigration, then/now Inland Revenue Service, Then joined the Police Force in 1973 and migrated to USA in 1977...attended University of Phoenix obtained Bsc in Marketing, Bsc in Management, MSc in Human Resources and MBA in Business Administration..Worked for AT&T -Lucent Technologies, Avaya Inc for 25 years...now living in Tampa Florida
