My Thoughts: Prayer is simply having a conversation w/ God about ur life & concerns. Prayer is founded on the fact that God is a real Person who desires to have a vital relationship w/ u. Meditation is the deeper reflection on the meaning of Scripture for urself that comes from qts of application, comparison to other Scriptures, character formation, & strengthening of ur faith. Meditation strengthens ur ability to "pray the Scriptures" back to God in praise, petition, confession.
