Nissyen (Welsh pronunciation NESS-yin) "Ness or Nessie for short" Cadwallen is my craft name. Thanks to my daughters for dragging me out of the broom closet. So this is somewhat askew, this page should be under my slave name; Tim Proctor. I apologize for any inconvenience but not the confusion... I am, after all, an aspiring agent of Chaos. Lexington isn't my birthplace, but my earliest, fondest memories of childhood happen there. It is the hometown of my heart. Since I have lived in or visited 27 U.S. states & 36 countries and have been on every continent except Antarctica,I have been blessed with a broad world-view.
