About

I'm Tudor Saitoc. Let's connect with, learn from, and inspire our communities. Engaging with your employees is still the #1 problem enterprises face today and there is no one single product or technology to solve it. It takes a massive cross-functional and collaborative effort to achieve true results. Working with other Grovo-sapiens, I've helped optimize learning and gain desired outcomes at many Global 500 companies such as Walmart, Samsung, and Capital One. Happy to help guide your journey-- for a hassle-free recommendation, call or email me anytime. My job is to help empower organizations and their people through learning. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people discover the possibilities of learning for the first time. It’s a mission I've been on since the moment it happened to me. When I was very young, education always made me feel like I was swimming against the current. I loved life and wanted to know as much as I could about everything, but when it came to traditional learning, I was left cold. Then I discovered the Internet/educational technology. I realized that the problem wasn’t with me, as I feared, or with the exercise of learning, as I assumed. The problem was that conventional educational practices had failed me, just as they continue to do for countless people today, both in school and at work. Digital learning resources, including the Internet, gave me the depth and format of knowledge that I had always wanted, which made me thirst for it even more—happily this time. Today, I get to experience that moment of clarity and joy every day through clients of mine who first sign on to Grovo. It’s exhilarating to be a part of a fast-moving company pushing the front lines of digital change. But it’s rewarding—and personal—to see companies, people, and cultures invigorated when they discover a better way to learn.
