About

Lived all over the world: French/Czech parents, childhood in England and Wales, teens in Australia and New Zealand. As an adult have lived in the U.S., Israel, Paris and China (Beijing). In the U.S. have lvied in N.Y., Chicago,Santa Monica and now Palm Desert, California. As a young adult, I worked at the U.N. and in Embassies and Universities, and for a playwright, a psychoanalyst and authors. Then found my calling and became an Alexander Technique teacher (since 1964) and a Feldenkrais Movement teacher (since 1972) - trained with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Have devoted myself to the work, and I love the arts - classical music, theatre, art, home decorating, etc. and love wonderful beaches and oceans and naturism and animals. My work is devoted to helping people by bringing about freedom - of the body and spirit - and freedom from pain - and that is what I have devoted myself to - for myself and others - and opening up the mind, through exploring countries, other cultures, relationships, and exploring oneself through a variety of therapies...Improving the Quality of Life! And - Enjoying Life! Onward and Upward !
