Mr.Wikkid a.k.a.toowikkid ( born Renford Hylton jr. on April 14,1981 in spanish town jamaica) is a Reggae Dance Hall Artist, Producer, and Song Writer. In the streets he is mostly know by his hot lyrical contents and his strong spirit. He tends to to leave great impact on peoples life. Renford attended St. Johns primary and Spanish Town Comprehensive High School. At home he was exposed to a variety of music from a young age by cozens, friends and older sisters. at the age of 12 he was singing songs from artist like Bounty killer, Beenie man, and Ninja Man. The love for the music comes naturally. In 1996 Renford migrated to the US (Bronx New york) where he Attended Evander Childs high school where he continued is education. In the big city he met a lot of people who saw his talent and encourage him to pursue his career to be a dance hall artist. Up on graduating high school he acquirer great writing skills. He then start writing his own lyrics,soon a friend of his called Element introduce him to a music producer from Broad Yard studios call Dezie. Dezie was a great help in the development of the early stage of Hylton's music career. Dezie was the first producer to voice him, a song called Top a Top. Soon Hylton was more songs, linking more studios, and making dubs for various sounds like Stainless Sound and Flat Out Sound just to name a few. By then he was going by the name Toowikkid, he then start performing at clubs and various talent shows. Wikkid's appearance attract and captivate fans and other artists. His high energy and lyrical skills say one thing Super Star.He was quickly motivated my friends and family then start getting shows in and out side the new york area, and also oppen shows for different Artists.In 2009 a friend of his (Mikey Reds) started a production company call Starliner E.N.T. Currently he is a member of the Starliner family where we make hits.
