Deborah Thomas has recently joined the Michigan Avenue Office of Prudential Preferred Properties having formerly spent 8 successful years with a leading national real estate brokerage firm in Chicago. Deborah was among the top 100 agents in that company’s City Region and she was a member of their President’s Elite group where she was ranked among the top 2% of agents nationwide. Deborah’s expertise is representing individuals in the sale, purchase and leasing of luxury residential properties. She has also become the largest cooperative broker for Museum Park and has developed a specialty for selling new construction properties in the South Loop. From condominiums to single family homes, Deborah and her team have represented homeowners and buyers as well as investors. Deborah takes a unique approach on property listings and she generally will co-list with another agent. Deborah has over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry and prior to her real estate career, she served as a Senior Vice President with Northern Trust Bank.
