I am a State Certified Massage Therapist. I love the Healing Arts and continue to learn additional modalities in my practice. In my free time I hike and read and crochet and draw and take photographs. I practice meditation, yoga and pilates. I have wanderlust for travel and have been to the Island of Yap. The Mountains provide me with a peaceful stillness and the Oceans a breath of cleansing air. I have Faith in God and I am a member of LaCrescenta Presbyterian Church. I volunteer my time to Charity. I am an Aunt, A Sister,A Daughter and a Loyal Friend. I love life and I am grateful for my blessings.
