Aviation is my passion. I own and fly a 1950 Navion N5221K. I belong to the CAF Houston Wing and am helping restore their L-17 Navion. I fly formation with A 4-ship Lead FAST cards from JLFC and NATA. I completed building an RV-6 N6GY in 2021. Current project is a 1940 Rearwin Cloudster with a 125hp Warner radial engine. I have 4 Taylorcraft L-2 projects to restore after that. I'm the former owner of 2 Taylorcraft 1946 BC-12D's, N43109 & N96282 and a Citabria 7KCAB N90AV. I have a long term project to build a 75% Corsair F4U replica. The preliminary design is completed and I'm working on the detail design in SolidWorks. I have a M-14P engine to power it.
