Co-owner of Oyezz Real Estate, who is crazy enough to have a team specializing in short sales. I do it for those who need a hero when no one else can help. Not only do I have a cape, but I can fight away the scary lenders and shield homeowners from the foreclosure. (movie coming soon) The best part is that I partner with hundreds of real estate investors who need an additional option to provide sellers who are underwater on their mortgage. I use a special cape for those investors, because I can provide them with an option to purchase properties with negative equity, or just make some money on a lead that would be useless otherwise.
