My company is: Sans Ble Foods - please "like" my page! I am currently producing and selling gluten-free food. Yes, I know it seems to be a long way away from Math and computers (I needed to do something different here) but the problem-solving skills I learned in my "early years" have been quite applicable in this area of interest. Same thought process, different medium. I will be returning to CALLINGWOOD market in May. I was at Capilano Farmers' Market for 6 years, "retired" from that and now sell from my provincially-inspected, 100% gluten-free kitchen. My product list includes bread, (fresh every Saturday), pizzas, perogies, pies (meat, quiche, sweet) and an assortment of cookies and desserts. I am currently working on expanding my gluten-free/dairy-free/egg-free list. I have been quite successful with the bread (Ok, I am REALLY proud of the bread!), pies, perogies and a few other items. So that's all for tonight. With any luck I will return tomorrow night to keep you posted on what I am working on.
