About

I am a 22yr military retiree working in the federal govt. and going to school full time. I'm also a multisport athlete who likes to run, bike and swim (triathlete). I am happily married with three beautiful children and one tough cat (Smokey). I am an old-school music buff especially music from the 1980's (everything 80ish). I love working out whenever I can and love taking naps whenever I can. lastly, I am a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan (from the 1970's). Peace!!!
