If you've known me for longer than a year, you may have noticed that I changed my gender from female to male. That's not a mistake or a prank. Ladies and gentlemen and everyone in between, I am trans. My preferred pronouns are masculine, but if that's too much for you to handle, then it’s time to git gud. In the event that you ever misgender me in public by accident, simply correct yourself right there and move on. I don’t wanna hear, “Oh I’m so sorry. It’s just so hard for me. You just don’t look/sound/act like a man. I knew you as a girl before. I’m so sorry, im really tryiNG HERE BUT IT’S JUST SO H A R D F O R M E!!!!” I’m sorry that you feel like it’s so hard to just give me a smidgen of respect. Can you imagine how much harder it would be to feel your heart drop to your stomach any time anybody misgendered you for even a small second? Sounds rough, doesn’t it? �
