Both Rita and I have retired and become "snow birds," spending 4-5 months in Iowa and 7-8 months in Paso Robles, Calif. We became grandparents to Eliana Rose Iversen in July, 2010. I recently had surgery to correct a swallowing disorder I've had for over 20 years.
