Biography of Vincent Pham Born Pham Van Ban (Vincent Pham) on February 1, 1949 in Hai Hung, Vietnam, this man’s life has taken him from studies in Leadership and Management as a young man through a military career amidst a war and again into the realm of advanced studies. After graduating from the University of Vietnam Law School in 1970, he started a Leadership and Commanding Officer at Thu Duc OCS. He graduated on December 5, 1970 with his rank as 2nd Lieutenant and he was sent to the United States for his flying training. First Lieutenant Ban has satisfactorily completed the prescribed courses of instruction of the Air Training Command, Department of the US Air Force, and graduated from the Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, in 1970 as a jet pilot. In July 1974, he served as a Leader Fighter Pilot in the 4th Air Force Division, Republic of Vietnam Air Force. Between 1982 and 1984, he worked with the United Nations’ Save The Children Foundation in Indonesia as a Supervisor. On August 10, 1984 Pham Van Ban and his family came to the United States and settled in Everett, Washington. Pham changed his name to Vincent Pham when he became a US Citizen in 1993 and worked to earmark money for his American Education. In the summer 1994, Vincent Pham entered Everett Community College and received an Associate of Arts and Sciences Degree. He enrolled in the Human Service and Management Program to lead to a Baccalaureate and Master Degrees at Western Washington University. He continued in the Master Business Administration in Organization Management at University of Phoenix. New learning experiences and opportunities for career growth keep Pham interested in Boeing job. He completed the official application online and began to work since Christmas 2010. Part of his works is to fabricate, rework or repair insulation blankets of the airplane 747, 767, 777 and 787 with new flammability standards, materials and practices. Because Pham was a jet pilot and a military commanding officer, so that he experienced in Boeing Airplane as technical comprehension, learning ability, commitment to quality, capacity to handle details, problem solving skills, versatility, ability to work effectively under pressure, work well with little or no supervision, etc… Today, Vincent Pham would like to bring his articulate achievable and realistic outcomes to apply a management position of the Boeing Company.
