I'm not good at writing about myself. I was born in MA. Lived there for my first two years of my life. We moved to CA, where I spent most of my younger years in. My dad got transferred to TX. We left CA when I finished Elementary school. We lived in TX until the start of my Junior year in high school. My dad got transferred back to CA. I finished school there and before I graduated, I enlisted in the US Navy. I left for boot camp in September of '99. I served in the Navy for over nine years and had to get out because of medical reasons. During my time in the service I've been to Great Lakes, IL; Gulfport, MS; Port Hueneme, CA; San Diego, CA; Puerto Rico; Japan; Italy; Kuwait and Thailand. After the service, I moved to AZ. I started going to school at ITT Tech in September of '09. I graduated from ITT Tech. I had to change schools because ITT Tech had to cancel their bachelor degree program for the quarter because there wasn't enough students enrolled in the program. I'm getting VA benefits for going to school and I couldn't afford to take a quarter off. I decided to look into DeVry to see if they have a program that I will enjoy. I have changed my major three times now from computer engineering technology to multimedia design & development to business administration specializing in security management. Taking time off from school. VA benefits are used up. Looking for a FT job that helps with paying for college. A lot has happened. Went back to school and finished my BS in Business Admin. I finished Aug. of 2015! Before graduating I got offered a job and it pays very, very well. Hope to stick with it for the long run. The job title for me has changed! I was "Laid-off and re-hired" for a different position. I'm no longer in a management position, I'm just an underling! Pay went from $50K to $37.5K per year. Not happy with the big drop but it's nice to have a job still. Unemployed as of 02/27/2018. Got a new job with DB Schenker in July of 2018.
