Everything we do should be worship. But what's amazing about using music to worship God is it gets your emotions involved. Any relationship is more than just knowledge. A relationship involves emotions. Music is a powerful tool for expressing emotions. When i play music and sing to or about God, i want it to be a passionate expression of the relationship--and the love--between me and my Father. I know that God is calling me to use the gift of music to worship Him and to encourage others to draw closer to Him. I feel like i fall so short of what God wants me to be and i am amazed at how incredibly patient and gracious He is with me. It is my prayer that i will not settle for "good enough" but rather continue to grow and faithfully run the course God has set before me.
