B.A. in printmaking and painting at San Diego State University. Painting with Karl Wirsum at the School of the Art Institute five years at least. As of Feb. 2, 2011 I participated in the Klein ArtistWorks given by Paul Klein in Chicago. It included webinars, visits with Chicago artists, art galleries and museums. Paul's definition of the course is: "the kickass, get- your- career- in- gear solution to how your art is going to take care of you!" In July I am exhibiting 3 large Brenda Starr paintings at the Collaboraction on the 3rd floor of the Flat Iron Building. Meanwhile I continue to paint smaller works within the Brenda Starr theme and my personal life. Will be showing my work at Firecat Projects in February 2014.
