I just got accused of shoplifting at Spencers in the Mall! I was going through the aisle and I looked down and my son had some sunglasses. I didn't know where they came from so I put them down by the wallets I was looking at and then went to the register and bought two wallets. I left and went down the stripe to Body Shop, next thing I knew the Lady from Spencers was coming in the store saying I tried to seal the sunglasses and when I tried to pull the tag off they broke. She banned. me from Spencers so I got Patrick to go in there to return them, she wouldn't let him. I went in there and wanted my money back, and she called the police!!! The cops came and they told me I would have to sign this paper or I was going to jail. She gave me my refund after I got off the phone with my bank to stop the payment. Then she banned my sister and Patrick from the store and they didn't do anything. She wanted to put slander charges on us but the cop laughed and said that wasn't happening!! LOL I am telling you this so you won't go to Spencers, or you might get accused of shoplifting!!!! Don't go!!!! I'm going to sue them for false accusations of shoplifting!!
