My background is eclectic, but continually through out this strange trip that has been my life, I've always had an interest in travel, food and, thanks to seven years in Paris, a cooking and pastry diploma from Cordon Bleu. I graduated with honors (class of 1989) at Le Cordon Bleu Ecole de Cuisine et De Patisserie. I have had the pleasure of working in the travel industry for 28 years and find each day a new and wondrous experience.
