When this granny grows up, I want to own my own dog kennel and horse boarding business in the boondocks ! married 16 yrs, one awesome daughter and 2 grand-dudes - they are not little boys anymore! I volunteer at a wonderful dog shelter exercising/training to help dogs be more viable for adoption. No one wants a yappy, jumpy, uncontrollable dog. After being at the shelter for nearly 3 yrs, I have been learning to be an Adoption Councelor and I love it! However, I no longer hold that position. After 20 1/2 yrs in the corporate world, I retired and have been a volunteer at our local Animal Shelter. I am also on my 3rd yr of studying dog psycology. My hobbys are crafts, trash to treasures, gardening and playing with my own 'shelter fur kids'.
