About

Human beings. Argumentative by nature. It's a shame, really, that such a base trait still plagues our "advanced society". Yes, we who oggle our little touch pads at all hours of the day and night, glaring into our little screens. And for what? Comfort? So we can look so down upon the mistakes of others, with such a blatant disregard for our own? So we can type whatever we liek, accept it as truth and carry on holding it to truth expecting everyone else to do the same? As if their say doesn't hold as much meaning as our own? What is this then? Just another meaningless point of view? I believe it holds more meaning as a point of me, myself. "A point of you", as it really sounds and much more in touch with the actual meaning of the term. You see, views change. Though you may not aggree with the views of your neighbor, just hearing them can still have an impact on the terms of your own, no matter how small. Aren't we so caught up in our constant struggle that we even aim to debase ourselves? How many times have you changed your mind about something? One thing. It can be anything. Why then do we stand so firm when merely questioned by another? Peace for humanity cannot be attained without every piece of humanity coming together. Perhaps one day we can use our own, argumentative nature to overcome our own, argumentative nature. Our "human nature"... Conquest, War, Famine and Death have rode alongside our race from the begining. The Apocalypse is not something to come. It's already here. It's been here. It's us. It was our ancestors and now it's us. One day it will be our children. Don't wait to be saved. Make the steps to save yourself. We are the horsemen. We will ride until we die.
