Spent 3 years in Army during Viet Nam conflict, worked as lineman with SWBT, technician and then manager with SBC at Jonesboro. Education from Heber Springs High School, Electronics from Army, Spiritual matters from the Bible, Telecommunications from S.W. Bell Corporation, and self taught. Married to Sue (Burton) Cooper. We have 2 grown children and 4 grands! Primitive Baptist minister.
