I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Howard Hanna Real Estate. I have over thirty-five years of successful local sales, advertising and marketing experience working throughout the Greater Capital District region. It would be my pleasure to meet with you to discuss your real estate needs and goals, mutually create a plan of action to achieve them and then to work tirelessly with you to help bring them to reality! I was born in Albany, and have lived in Colonie, Latham, and Schenectady at various points in my life. I went to elementary school in Colonie, attended Columbia High School in East Greenbush and Harvard University on a scholarship. I graduated from Harvard with honors earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Relations. I currently reside in East Greenbush where my wife Lynn and I raised our identical twin daughters. My sales career includes over 23 years connecting buyers and sellers through selling Verizon yellow page and newspaper advertising. Coincidentally, I am again connecting buyers and sellers in mutually beneficial relationships and transactions that help them achieve their real estate objectives. I use that prior experience and my sales and interpersonal skills to expertly and effectively represent and negotiate for my real estate clients. I am an avid sports fan, enjoy gardening, scuba diving and snorkeling, vacationing in Cape Cod, Key West and St. Thomas. I am an active member of the Italian American Community Center, the Rensselaer Elks (in East Greenbush), and the Melvin Roads Sons of the American Legion.
