I hear and feel the wind and the messages from every living thing. The stars are my friends with Grandmother Moon and the Earth is my Mother and home. I am never bored. Am inspired by those that have pioneered before me and the wonderfull mentors in my life. i love to dance,sing and drum and sit or walk by the ocean. I recycle and respect and walk softly on the earth . i am always looking at where i can grow and seek guidance thru dly meditation. I am a vegetarian and practice Kundalini yoga and mindfulness meditation. I love music quiet,rock and folk,my son and family,my cats Dharma and Karma and the way they ring the Tibetan bell to be let in> who could ask for more! oh ya all my friends
