Barron Taylor is a Board Certified Family Practitioner serving the needs of the Greater Pittsburgh area where he was born and raised. His clinical focus is on Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, Anticipatory Guidance, Chronic Disease Management, Women's Health, and Medical Weigh-loss. Barron also serves as an academic in Carlow University's Graduate School of Nursing where is is also faculty in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Lastly, Mr. Taylor's doctoral focus is on bridging gaps of health disparity in the diabetic population. This quantitative inquiry seeks to evaluate the impact of a continuity of care model in an outpatient internal medicine setting and HbA1c outcomes.
