Yikes - this is pretty broad. Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a man of many interests, probably too many to rattle off here. A dear friend once said I was an "Epicurean of the finest sort." I love to cook, particularly Cajun and Creole cuisine. My knowledge of beers is vast; and have always enjoyed seeking out a new brew. I'm also well versed in spirits of all kinds, many of which are long forgotten or poorly appreciated by my generation. Although the new breed of "mixologists" are doing their best. I have a Graduate degree in History and am particularly interested in Maritime and Caribbean History. I enjoy writing, more specifically sharing the breadth of strange knowledge I've acquired over the years.
