I have 3 boys -14, 7, and 2 yrs old. I have been married to Corey for 16 yrs. Jacob our middle son passed away suddenly on 12/28/09. He was born with Congenital heart disease. He was our inspiration, had survived 4 open heart surgeries, having three valves replaced, low immune systems, mild autism and cerebral palsy. He was a Hero and honored as such! Blessed to have a wonderful and loving family!!!
