Right off of the bat there's some things I want to say to you. First and foremost, I believe I truly can help you. (Otherwise I'd be wasting both of our time. lol) But I definitely am not the best/most knowledgeable person in the world, or an expert. I'm just a humble guy that is always pushing to learn as much as possible about fitness/bodybuilding/dieting in general. I think I know my shit, and I want to help other people figure it out. But like I said I don't know everything, and I won't ever lie to you and act like I know something I don't. If I tell you something or show you something it's because I 100% believe it to be true and have either learned it through doing it myself or witnessing someone else and paying close attention to their results. Don't EVER be afraid to ask me something, because I won't ever think it's stupid and trust me it can't be dumber than some of the things I have asked or heard other people say. If I don't know the answer I will tell you that "I don't know, but I will do my best to find out or find someone that does know." That's my #1 man, I never try to give bad advice or advice I'm not sure about. Also, I am just trying to help you but I will never try to push you to do something you don't want to do. You have your goals and I have mine. Everyone is different, and that's what makes everyone's journey different and why I love this! It never gets boring to me. I am here to offer you advice and help as long as YOU want it. If you are good and maybe I'm being too extreme or pushy just let me know, I won't be offended. You got to do it for yourself, not anyone else. Otherwise you won't be able to do it trust me. ( unless you are doing it for like your family or something idk lol) OK that's it for my long schpeal haha, sorry just try to be up front about everything.
