About

Born in the first wave of Baby Boomers 3/16/1946 grew up on a 3 acre farmstead that in 1955 could have been a center-fold for Mother Earth magazine.One block off 78 east, on the "Cherokee road" ( has a nice ring to it) been on that path ever since. Dad had a boot-strap Motorcycle sales and repair business that grew and grew. I left it when I was 28, rode my last M/C event that same year. Went out to see what I wanted to be when I grew up,never found out, but I did discovery what all I didn't want to be! I've been a motorcycle rider competing in most all types of events available during the 60's. A business owner a truck driver a maintenance tech. an educator both secondary and post secondary. A high school drop out, a collage student a musician and I ain't sitting on the front porch wishing I'd bought that Harley! :)
