I have no interest in operating a “swine farm” where clients are herded like cattle. I’m much more interested in results. Attention to detail. Client Experience. And maximizing profit, in strict accord with my client’s goals. I’m also a control freak. I demand excellence, which means, to operate my business as I envision, I do not have 15 team members “to do” all the work for me. When you accepted me as a client of mine, should we “click”, you get me and only me. THAT MEANS I WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK. Unlike most agents, I prefer to see my real estate business as a small “boutique shop” for an elite few “not masses).
