2011 really did a number on my heart and soul. Felt like I was in Hell for the longest time by watching my Mom slowly pass away. But I did learn 2 things that I will always try to remember. 1) If you have any type of feelings for someone, tell her (or him) as soon as possible. You may never get another chance. And it doesn't matter if it's a friend, family member, or even someone you lock eyes with and briefly lose track of everything. You will always regret not letting them your true feelings. 2) Family is more then just shared DNA. Real family there with you thru good or bad times. They will try to give you strength with words of Faith and encouragement. And when words are not enough, they'll use actions like a simple hug.
