About

I am learning that the older I get the more people I love are gone. There is more pain and suffering at this time our lives than any other time. Kids grow up and leave home, parents pass on, families separate, friends move away or drop out of site altogether. Finding this to be a very lonely time in my life. As age overtakes me and my health deteriorates, I find myself asking "Why are these called the Golden Years?" There is not golden about any of this. Life has not turned out the way I thought it would but I have made the best I could. I shall overcome any obstacle.
