UPDATED 2/12/15: I've been married 24 years to my wonderful husband, Larry Crowder. I have three children: Heather Johnson (30), Jeffrey Johnson (28) married to Emmalee Peterson Johnson, and Kimberly Crowder Jenkins (22) married to Jacob Jenkins. I have one grandson, Liam Johnson, who just turned one. Grandson #2, Baby Jenkins, is due in less than a month. Being a grandma is the best thing ever!!!! I was able to retire a year ago as an elementary school teacher, having taught both 1st and 3rd grade students for 27 1/2 years. I do miss teaching and being with the kids but definitely like having a more flexible, less stressful schedule. I enjoy spending time on a daily basis with my father who will be turning 90 this year. In my spare time, I love to swim, do water aerobics, compile family histories/pictures, go out to eat, go bike riding, read, travel, and do things with my family. Life is great, and I feel truly blessed!
