About

I managed to graduate from The Citadel in Charleston, SC with a BA in Modern Languages. From there I got a theological education from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake,IN. I became a preacher. In my early teen years I learned that Jesus Christ came as God- in- the -flesh to this earth to live a perfect, sinless life and die as my substitute on the cross of Calvary. The amazing thing about what I learned was that by acknowledging that even the smallest violation of God's standard of perfection, represented by The Ten Commandments, rendered me guilty before God as a sinner and worthy of eternal punishment; and accepting that what Christ did was to die for me. Thus putting me in a position to escape what I deserved. I learned that knowing about Christ and acknowledging the historicity of his sinless, life, actual death, and resurrection was not enough to assuage my guilt. Nor would being "religious" do that. As Jesus Christ himself said to Nicodemus, I had to be "...born again..) ( a literal rendering of the Greek would be "born from above")

For God sent not His son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten son of God. John 3:16-18 KJV And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of god hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. I John 5:11-13 KJV I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Philippians 4:13"
