About

Please allow me a moment to introduce myself. I work with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Green Valley. My wife and I have made Quail Creek near Green Valley our home since June of 2001. We really enjoy all the activities and events that this area brings us and we enjoy the weather year around. Green Valley has all four seasons however the winters are not too cold nor the summers too hot. Between us we have five children all married and 17 grand children spread out from Southern California, Arizona and Texas. I Carol, the daughter of a Lutheran Minister spent much of her formative years in Central America where her father was a missionary. Then traveled internationally to about very city that had an airport as a Flight Attendant for Pan Am. She finished up her career flying internationally for Delta. Meanwhile I spent 30 years in the Banking industry from assist mgr in a “country” branch, an auditor, and for several years a Section Mgr of the Commercial/Agribusiness loan department. I was responsible to negotiate new credits and during down turns negotiate the “work outs” on loans that had been weakened by the economy. These credits varied from ranches, small business to larger national participated credits. On two occasions I handled the building out of two unique residential developments in the Phoenix area. Before joining the Valley National Bank/Bank One of Arizona I spent a hitch in the Army as a Military Policeman. My wife Carol has struggled with Hep C and Pancreatic Cancer for the last two years. On April 7th 2012 Carol passed away. I continue to live in the same house. I have met a lady who had also lost her husband a few years ago and we have agreed to share the rest of our lives together. Her name is Beth Niccoli. We now have a Motor home and just returned from a six week tour to the east coast and the Southeast. I'm doing less Real Estate and more traveling around and having fun.
