Tonya is the owner and operator of Avery Consulting, a home-based professional business consulting firm. Avery Consulting specializes in researching and developing business, strategic, financial, and marketing plans, preliminary feasibility studies, organizational systems, policies and procedures, and various other organizational documents and manuals. Avery Consulting also assists with capital fundraising campaigns (grant/proposal writing), and presenting workshops and training sessions. Avery Consulting provides quality consulting services and products for individuals, small to midsized corporations, and non-profit organizations from start-up through exiting. Tonya is a huge advocate for religion, education, self-sufficiency, cultural diversity, character, and integrity. She holds a Paralegal A.S., a Human Resources B.S., and an MBA in Business Management. She is currently enrolled at Walden University as a candidate for a Doctorate of Business Administration degree, specializing in international business. Tonya is the mother of two adult sons, Stephen and Alvin, the grandmother of two lovely young divas, Lanai and Si’ara. She takes pleasure in spending time with her loving and caring family that includes twelve siblings plus a host of step siblings; and over 25 nieces and nephews. She cherishes her relationships with God, family, friends, and clients. She enjoys traveling around the world with her family and friends (they are also known as the Griswolds). She also benefits from spending her time and expertise volunteering on various non-profit boards that serves children and families.
