Born in Durham,N.C.---Graduated from Durham High School in 1961---Went to Park View Hospital Nursing School and graduated in 1964---Married Randy Umstead from Durham in 1965.---We had two children --Tracy and Chad.---Divorced in the 70's while living in Charlotte,N.C.-----Married again in 1986 to Dr. George Irons.We have been married for 24 years and now live at Lake Norman north of Charlotte.----I have been retired since 1988 and enjoy life here on the lake.-----We have four grandchildren and they are all boys.----Wanting a girl but very happy with the boys that we have.---P.S.---Maiden name Linda Johnson
