About

Born in Potsdam, NY raised one of nine children, graduated from Massena Central High School in 1961, took a post graduate course, worked in a machine shop in Worcester Mass. until enlisting in Air Force in 1964, basic training at Lackland, TX, Schooled for 20 weeks in Illinois, spent a year at Shepard AFB in TX, served a year in Thailand and Vietnam before returning to Nellis AFB outside of Los Vegas Nev. Spent second tour in Vietnam and honarably diccharged in august 1968. Returned to Brasher Falls and went to work at Alcoa for 33 years until retired in 2001 because of health reasons. Have two Children, Ivan Eldridge and Karen Springall Spend the winters in Muscle Shoals AL with our son Ivan Eldridge and his family, Wife Kathy and our two Granddaughters. Still spend the summers in Brasher Falls.
