I've been retired for over 10 years and it seems there are never enough hours in the day for all I want to do each day. I love the creativity of quilting and it's the last thing any one who knew me when I was younger would have ever imagined me doing! I love a "Girls Day Out!" with my favorite girlfriends. Travel is taking a bigger bite out of our lives than I ever thought I'd get to do but there are so many places that I love to visit. My favorites are Mexico and Canada. We manage a couple of trips to Mexico a year and I speak enough Spanish to enjoy the practice when we are there.
