About

I was the only girl in my family of 4 children and was the second child. We have always been a very close family and my mother and I were exceptionally close. When she passed away last year I lost a very special friend. I have become very close to my father in the last few years as I have shared in providing home care for him. My knowing him as a special individual is priceless. Of course my own children and grandchildren are the most precious of all to me. If you don't have family, you have nothing. Social justice has always been very important to me and I have tried to serve in some way to make the world a better place to live. Some may call me a "bleeding heart liberal" but I am proud toi say I care about others and their life situations as much as my own. I consider myself a Christian woman and have tried to live a christian life. It does not matter what denomination or religion you are if you love and worship God. Last but not least, I have been blessed to have a wonderful husband for the last thirty years. We worked side by side in our family business many years to build a secure future. Now that we are retired we spend a lot of time together doing the things we enjoy. I just wish he could cook (haha).
