My legs are the foundation from were my body stands tall and strong… Where my mouth at the top like a conquering flag sits, were words of discouragement have flowed and where words that hurt and cut deep have been known to jump out of. I will no longer let anyone take me to that dark place. I will no longer let my self fall into a battle of wits with some one whom wits have escaped him to where even a single noun is mumbled afraid for what might come out of my mouth next. I will use the flow of my words be like sword that protects me and my soul, guide my life through a positive avenue….
